These Terms of Service apply to your use of www.takka-studio.com and purchases from Takka Studio. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Store use

You must use this website only for lawful purposes and provide accurate, current information when placing an order. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use our products or content in a way that violates applicable law.

Products and personalization

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, dimensions, materials, and details accurately. Colors may appear slightly different because of lighting, screens, and the nature of small-batch 3D printing.

For personalized products, you are responsible for checking names, initials, phone numbers, colors, sizes, symbols, and all other details before submitting the order. Personalized products are made exactly from the information entered at checkout.

Orders and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes and shipping charges, when applicable, are shown during checkout. Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order because of availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, technical issues, or other reasonable operational concerns. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Production and shipping

Many Takka Studio products are made in small batches or made to order. Estimated production and delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier conditions, severe weather, customs, address problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Personalized and made-to-order items are generally not returnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Intellectual property

All site content, including text, photographs, graphics, branding, product presentation, and original designs, belongs to Takka Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or commercially exploited without written permission.

Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery, analytics, and social-media services. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from this store.

Disclaimer

Products and services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Takka Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where a different limit is required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the merchant’s registered place of business in mainland China, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
