How long does production take?
Most orders are made to order and are typically produced within 1–3 business days.
Where are orders shipped from?
All products are produced and shipped from China.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated transit time is approximately 10–15 business days after production. Delays may occur because of customs, weather, carrier conditions, or incorrect addresses.
What is included with my order?
Each product page explains exactly what is included. Phones, phone cases, cosmetics, cups, pet food, dolls, and display props are not included unless specifically stated.
Are customized products returnable?
Customized products are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
What materials do you use?
Material information is listed on each product page. Most accessories are made with PLA. Some pet products may use PETG. Please check the individual listing for details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping availability and cost are shown at checkout. If free shipping is offered, it applies only to the destinations and products specified on the store.

PETG products use PETG 3D-printing material. This product has not been independently certified for direct food contact, FDA compliance, or dishwasher use. Please hand wash with mild soap and water and avoid high heat.
